The problem we're solving

Hiring rewarded the wrong things for too long.

For years, getting found meant gaming filters: repeating keywords, copying job-description language, and hoping a screening system counted the right tokens. Candidates who had genuinely done the work but described it in their own words were simply invisible, and recruiters burned hours rephrasing boolean searches to compensate.

We think that is backwards. People are more than the keywords on a resume, and matching should interpret real experience and intent. As search shifted from counting words to reading meaning, it became possible to build a platform where candidates describe their work honestly once and are matched on genuine fit.
